Terms of Service

The IT Asset Management platform is a subscription-based (SaaS) service for tracking and managing IT assets, including asset inventory, workflows, service desk, reporting, and the companion mobile application.

Your organization's administrator creates and manages user accounts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Access to the Service is provided under the subscription plan agreed with your organization. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described in your order or the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All asset records and operational data your organization enters remain your organization's property. We process this data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

You agree not to: misuse the Service to violate any law; attempt to access other tenants' data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization; or resell the Service without our agreement.

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, with planned maintenance announced in advance. Support is provided during business hours through the contact channels listed on our website.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by CAMBODIAN ADVANCE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate as described in the subscription agreement. Upon termination, your organization may request a data export during the grace period, after which data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
