This Privacy Policy explains how CAMBODIAN ADVANCE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the IT Asset Management platform, including the web application and mobile app (together, the "Service").
Account information: name, email address, job title, and organization details you provide when your account is created.
Asset data: information your organization enters into the platform — asset records, locations, assignments, service requests, and related operational data. This data belongs to your organization.
Usage data: log data such as login times, pages visited, and actions performed, used for security auditing and product improvement.
Device data: when you use our mobile app, we may collect device identifiers required for device registration and barcode scanning features.
To provide and operate the platform, including asset tracking, workflows, service desk, and reporting features.
To secure your account — authentication, role-based access control, and audit logging.
To communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
Each organization's data is stored in an isolated tenant schema. Users from one organization can never access another organization's data. Role-based permissions further restrict access within your organization to only what each user is granted.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) when required by law; (b) with service providers who host our infrastructure under strict confidentiality obligations; or (c) with your explicit consent.
Your organization's data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. Upon termination, data can be exported on request and is permanently deleted after a grace period, except where retention is required by law.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access control, audit trails, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Organization administrators control the asset and operational data within their tenant.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email before they take effect.
